Hello!
My diabetic kitten has been vomiting for a few days. the first 2 days she was vomiting a lot of hairballs, but now she justs vomited. I have been 2 days with metoclopramide every 12 hours, 0.3 ml. Today is the third day. She had switched to dry food at the veterinarian's order 20 days ago. In the last revision, IBD was detected and TLI was 16, so a possible pancreatic insufficiency. Since she takes his Lypex enzymes, her poops are perfect. But now she is vomiting. I thought to give her pepcid, nothing more than dry food and cooked chicken by the moment.
also she with the dry feed shows blood in urine in the strip ... without infection, since we made 2 cultures.
any suggestions? Please...

Thank you very much

Hugs!

I forgot to mention that she has many allergies, on her skin and vets supposed to food. My poor Cuki is biting her hairless belly all day...
We have been trying unsuccessful food for over 4 years. There is no longer any protein that she has not tried. :(

A little bit her belly

Poor Cuki! That sounds similar to my cat. She would go through periods where she would vomit up everything and be very nauseous with no appetite. I found out she has IBD and chronic pancreatitis. She has been better since I switched her to a wet food that only has rabbit as the protein, which was VERY difficult to find since brands always sneak chicken in when you look at the ingredients. It might help to try another anti vomiting medicine as Larry has suggested

Metoclopramide us a poor anti vomiting med for cats. I would try to get Cerenia from your vet.
I get Cerenia,
but cuki feels very bad! She stops eating almost instantly. I also have an injection, but it hurts a lot ... I try to solve with metoclopramide, by the moment

She pancreatitis negative, and we have tried all the proteins. That's why I start cooking chicken, let's see how it goes. I'll try turkey and rabbit. Cuki when she takes cerenia, she loses his appetite completely. It's not normal, I know, but it causes that reaction.
