Hi all, My cat Snuggles has been diabetic for 7 months now & it turns out he has Acromegaly. An editor from a local paper heard about him & published a great story on him. I would be so thrilled if you could give the story *****5 stars***** I'm hoping that it will lead to a follow up article & more exposure for my cat rescue group if there is enough interest in it for her to be impressed! I really want to bring attention to Feline Diabetes & Acromegaly.

That is a great story. Lots of wonderful publicity for your grooup too. You sure have given Snuggles a happy life with lots of love and care.

Thanks everyone so much! I'm excited- after reading the article someone contacted me & suspected that they know of a case of possible Acro. If it helps 1 person I would be thrilled!

. I guess our Rescue has been ringing off the hook with people wanting to adopt from us! Today should be a good day!

I read the article and tried to register (I thought I did, but now it keeps saying my userid and/or password is invalid, and I have tried six times!), because I guess you have to leave a comment to give a rating?
I hope you get lots of adoptions from the publicity.
 
Thanks everyone! We did a ton of adoptions this weekend- even getting some sweet adults that have been there for months & months. They always get overlooked by the kittens. I know this gave us much needed publicity!
