I had posted what I thought that they weighed in my introduction but then I just decided to go actually weigh them to see exactly what is going on. First my diabetic cat, Peanut has just always been bigger than his brother Ginger. Peanut has somewhat of a larger frame and Ginger is just small and fragile. I have always had this gut feeling that Ginger was okay because the vets always say that he's okay.
Anyway Peanut weighs 15.6 lbs and Ginger is only 10.8lbs
Is 10.8 too thin? He eats all the time and doesn't have worms lol.
Should I do some portion control now to see if I can get one to gain and one to lose?
I've been free feeding Friskies Turkey and Giblets Pate for a long time and just recently (last few days) started experimenting with new food. Also should I maybe feed them different kinds of food?
Thanks
