My name is Angela and my cat Sugar Pie was just diagnosed with diabetes on 3/6/18. This past Saturday is when she had her initial insulin dose. However, her numbers dropped significantly low so my vet just told me to give her some syrup, record her numbers, and do not giver her anymore insulin. I was doing this up until today but then I had to give her her first dose of insulin this morning (0.25). I will soon be checking her blood again and giving her the p.m. dose. I have been following the Tight Protocol and hoping this will help her. I would appreciate any feedback or insight-Thank you
