Hello all, I told my aunt I would ask here to see if anyone can help guide her in the right direction...
She takes her cat (Sophie) to the vet to get a shot of kenelog..which helps the wheezing for about 3 months..
She wants to get her vet to give her a prescription so she can order her own supply and give it to Sophie or
she wanted to know if there was any homeopathic / home remedies she can give her cat to help with the wheezing...which
of course is worse in the spring.. I asked what she feeds sophie and if she was tested at the vet...for other things that could be
wrong... She has not text me back yet.. I did find a site that has some homeopathic treatments...but, I was hoping someone here
would know more about it.. Or what you would do. Her cat stays outside , or on the porch most of the time..She comes in from time to
time..We live in Georgia, so the Pollen is Everywhere! Yucky. Any help would be Appreciated. Sincerly, Pam

Have a read and see what you think.

Reducing exposure is recommended - for example, HEPA air cleaners in the bedrooms and HEPA filters on the furnace, damp mopping so any allergen isn't kicked up in the air.

Hi Pam, my kitty has asthma, and several others on the board also have kitties with asthma/allergic bronchitis.

As far as homeopathic remedies, a lot of members have had good success with Allerplex, an all natural herbal supplement. Empty the contents of one pill into a bowl of wet food. Marje (of Marje and Gracie) also gave Allerplex to one of her kitties. Some vets actually sell it. Ella makes Rusty's "lung treats" by mixing in a capsule to a jar of Geber's baby food.

Kismet LOVED the taste of Allerplex. It smells like beef bouillon :) You can suggest your aunt try it and see if it helps. 1 capsule 1x a day. https://www.standardprocess.com/Product ... /Allerplex
