Murphy Question on Diet - Possible Inappetance Happening

Murphy is doing quite well, and is now regulated, but has developed some inappetance, although she is still eating, it takes her about 45 minutes to an hour to finish her food. She will eat some, then walk away, clean herself, get busy resting, and then I have to put it in front of her for her to finish. I cannot figure out what she's doing, but if I add a few kibbles, then she eats, so I suspect, although not certain that she is interested in some combination, but what about the pancreatitis? I'm not sure what to about this and it is getting REALLY frustrating.

Hope has always done this but Mishka started it a few months back also. They eat what they want, go wash, etc,. rest a little and get back up and go eat some more. Guess they are timing the food and doing what their body is telling them. I never pick the dish up and put it in front of them, I let them decide. Mishka also, hopefully, is through with her bout of pancreatitis. IDEXX is the lab in the basement of facility so I get that fpli test back the next day. Mishka also gets a Pepcid A/C b.i.d. and her Ursodiol in the a.m.
