? More Syringe Confusion

To inject half units of Lantus, I was advised to get U-100 3/10ml (0.3ml) 30 or 31 gauge 6mm or 8mm syringes with 1/2 unit markings. So, I got these syringes (please see attached picture of labeled bag of syringes). At the pharmacy, I was assured that these fit the bill. But when I opened the bag and looked at the syringes (please see attached photo of syringe), the markings are not half units, as I see it. Are they? Each line is a full unit, and the syringe holds 50 units, right?

Thanks

Yeah.... Bag says 1/2 cc syringes that hold 50 units- you want 30. I had the same problem....pharmacy read me wanting 1/2 unit measurements as 1/2cc syringes.
I just order mine from ADW now.

Unfortunately, it seems the last person you should ask about syringes is a pharmacist.

They usually aren't returnable either because they're considered blood products (even if they've never been opened) but you might call and see if the same idiot that told you they were perfect is there and see what they intend to do about it.

WalMart has them (but again, don't ask if they have half unit marks....they'll most likely tell you there's no such thing) They're $12.58/100
