Hi all,
Alas, but home-cooked chicken doesn't come with handy analysis labels. Does anyone know roughly what the moisture content of poached chicken is? I need an idea so that I can calculate how much fluid Saoirse is getting from her food at the moment. It's particularly important since she had a bout of diarrhoea this morning and I don't know how she'll be later. She is taking in broth as well as the chicken but I think she was a teensy bit dehydrated earlier so I'm keeping a close eye on her input/output.
