I have been wondering also. Robin does have medical issues and has been off before for extended periods. I'll send a PM and see if she picks it up.
Oh my! Just was alerted to this thread that Cara started via a PM from Sue that I just received on my phone. So ...
My Dear, Sweet Friends - I miss you all! But yes, am having a bit of a health problem. Saw a specialist down in Tucson on the 21st, and just had a very interesting MRI of my brain on Thursday in Phoenix. (I think they just want to make sure I still have one.

) Will be having some blood tests next week, and then it seems I'm supposed to go see a neurologist at the Mayo (also here in AZ - Scottsdale) for some other tests.
Please don't worry: It's
not a brain tumor, and even though it sometimes makes it
appear that I am an MS patient, it's not really that, either. Any of you who wants to know more about what's going on can feel free to PM me, and I will paste in what I'd written not long ago in a PM to one of my friends from our ProZinc forum. But this is not something I would want to post publicly (mainly because it would be rather too long for a post here, but also because it's a complicated, pretty perplexing illness.)
Here's good news: Bat-Bat has lately been doing periods of anywhere from 3 to 6 cycles (!) without needing one of her "dinky doses." Then she spikes a BG on her AT2 meter than signals it's time for a little bump to remind her pancreas to get back on the stick. But that sure looks like progress to me! I still test her daily @ AMPS & PMPS, with a nadir check whenever she does need a tiny dose. And am happy to report that her water-drinking (which I check every 24 hours) remains very minimal regardless (mainly from 0.1 oz to 0.4 oz per day) & she's fine on the "5 Ps," too.
I actually did start a new 2016 SS for Bat, but can't figure out how to get the darned thing to show instead of the 2015 SS (techno-moron

, that's me) ...
@Sue and Oliver (GA): Is there any way you can help - can you tell me how to get the new SS to appear? (Sorry that I'm such a spaz about such things.

)
Again, please know that I MISS YOU ALL SO MUCH!

But for the present, I'm not in any shape to stay on top of the forums or offer up advice, although I really wish I could. Once all these medical tests are done and I'm able to get started on another course of treatment, I'm sure I'll be back up to snuff enough to be annoying everybody

once again with stuff like "but what's kitty's weight
now?" and "how
much are you feeding each day & how low are the carbs?" - and encouraging newbies to get a smarter vet (usually via a mini-rant

) when less-than-well-educated vets tell them it's okay to shoot a powerful hormone into their diabetic kitties without testing BG
first.
And you're all so good at this anyway - we have some really wonderful advisors on our little forum. Thank you so much for your concern and as Arnold said (was that in
The Terminator?), "I'll be back ..."

<<<(Lots of these for everybody.)
