Missing Max

Hi All,

I can’t believe it’s three years today that Max crossed. I think of him and miss him every day and he’s why I offer help here when I can. He and his sister Tiffany who crossed way too young taught me so much.

For newbies, Max bounced for a whole year but eventually I got him tightly controlled. I was never going to test but became a testaholic, lol. You can do this. I promise it gets easier. The knowledge of diabetes is so much more than many vets have so trust you have come to the best place you never wanted to need.

Hug your fur babies for me.

Awwwwwww.... I feel your pain. I still miss my GA's - they're all out there under the big oak tree...and I swear my heart aches every time I think of them...and it's been many years since they passed...these cats always take a niche out of your heart...it'll always be there...just a little scar of love...Remember the good times...

(((Elise))) we are not far behind you. Our sugar babies did teach us so much, including how important this community is.

For newbies, Max was also an excellent lesson in testing at night, cause that’s when he loved to go low. And Elise showed how perseverance and patience brings better numbers.

((((Elise)))) ...my dear friend. Thinking of you and your sweet boy. I have so many fond memories of being on the board dealing with FD at the same time; it’s hard to call them fond but if we had to be somewhere, being here with all of you was the best.

The time goes by too fast when our babies cross. I remember so many of our babies crossed within a couple years...Ripley, Alex, Gracie, Gabby, Crystal, Neko, Max. The list is way too long.
