Several things I am concerned about. If you must shoot earlier than 12 hours and the number is lower, please get a quick second test before feeding. You want to be sure the number is rising (so the previous shot is gone and she is no longer dropping) before you give insulin. If it is still dropping, I would skip at that point, or wait till +12 and retest if at all possible. It seems like you can often shoot 12 hours apart but then sometimes shoot 2 hours earlier. Is that because your work schedule is variable?
You are shooting the same amount into a 200 as you do a 300. 2 units could be too high for a 220 but just right for a 320. We could set you up with a scale if you give us some data. Is there a chance ypu could do a curve this weekend?
