A hair ball or hair slime attack this morning. Seems perky as always and had a lap nap today. No outside time on the porch because it is very windy here. We blew two strips on two attempts today, ever have one of those days where you can't get the blood in there?

We will be getting the Reli-On strips for the new meter Friday, its payday and the only time we can start using it. Till then the Bayer BG meter will have to do.

293 with a 0.75 unit followed after test. A 1.5 check then off to work, I hate leaving my kids home alone! :sad:

i've gone back to the Relion...i just hate spending lots on strips, and relion's the best price we've found!

I know the feeling, but Buddy is looking good. :thumbup cat_pet_icon

The Infinity strips are cheaper, but you have to plan ahead as they are only available online. Last week I was biting my nails if they would get here on time.

Yes, your right. I can't believe how much anything costs these days for medical reasons for human or furkid!

Hope Binks is doing well, from your posts it appears he is.

We got the Ultima BG meter, the strips are available at Walmart. When they are not out of stock! :-x We got the meter, but they where out of stock. Hopefully what we have left with the other one will last come Friday. I hate driving all over the county to get them but I will if I have too. WE have three Walmarts here that I can drive to.

We are home, and with a migraine of all things, ugh!

We tested and got a 322, interesting that we had this during another PMPS before.

I guess only going into the 3rd week one must be patient. Arg!

We are taking back the Ultima BG meter and getting the Mirco, no coding and newer! ;-)

This morning (where's my flashlight!) we checked him, 237 at 5:30 AM est. He was sleeping in his big cardboard box covered with a woven bed cover in the middle of the living room floor. He seems to prefer that more than the one on the bed next to me. Oh, well as long as he is happy that is what counts!
