Ciao a tutti, qualcuno potrebbe darmi più informazioni sul metodo TR,Ho la mia gatta con il diabete e stiamo facendo l'insulina Prozinc da un mese, con il metodo SLGS,ma con scarsi risultati,non si stabilisce la glicemia rimanendo nella zona 200 370 con rimbalzi anche a 450 a volte.grazie a tutti

With ProZinc insulin, we have two dosing methods: SLGS and the Modified ProZinc Method (it is not called Tight Regulation like with the depot insulins, but it is similar in some ways.) Have you read this from the ProZinc forum? After the beginning section on SLGS, it describes the Modified ProZinc Method (MPM).
