You can get Methyl B-12 at most pharmacies that carry supplements. You just want to make sure they don't contain any sugars or xylitol.

This one is 5000mcg which is closer to the dose that the Zobaline for cats that a lot of people use (the Zobaline is 3000mcg)

You can't OD on it...any the body can't use is peed out.
