Hi Everyone
Hope all your pur babies doing well.
Please help me to find a B12 in Australia. Diane suggested me Vitacost, but it doesn’t deliver to Australia. Do you have any other suggestions? I was using Zobaline, but it’s expensive , please shares your recommendations . Thank you everyone

Many health food stores sell methycobalamine (methyl B-12). I'd call around. It looks like Maria also tagged Bron -- she lives in Australia and may be able to help.

Would you include that you live in Australia in your signature. That way we won't give you resources that are only in the US.

Hi, can you get Doctor's Best methylcobalamin in Australia? (I 'think' you can...) If you can then two of the 1500mcg capsules = a standard 3 mg dose. (And, if you want to mimic the Zobaline formula you could also give 200mcg of folic acid, but many people just give the B12).

This is what the Dr's Best methylcobalamin looks like...
