Messy dosing

Due to Buddys bouncing #'s and my unusual away-from-home schedule this week,
i am off track with his dose amt. Today gone all day so gave him F1, knowing its not enuogh but at least he won't go hypo.
now his bg is 300 at +11,so i gave him his shot 50 min early. Between the timing and dosing it feels very sloppy lately...
Could someone please look at his SS and suggest what i might give him as the next right dose amount? I will be home next 3 days.

On the 18th & the 20th were either of those days' shots given earlier?

If not, it looks like 1.25U would be a good dose to stay with, as maybe just that little bit less than 1.3U won't let him go quite so low. He had some good green numbers on 1.3U, but maybe you don't want him going that low if you're having schedule issues and can't be home to check him.

I'm thinking that a little less than 1.25 might be good. He has dropped to the 30s-40s on 1.3u an d1.25u, but the F1 might not be enough over time.
