Medication interactions... when things are new

Electra has been on Senvelgo since the first half of December, and she is getting good numbers after her daily dose, though higher 12+ hrs after (160-220). We have been trying to work on her allergies also in the last three months, but the elimination diet did not work (she had litter box issues, lost another half pound of weight, and still had skin reactions- and probably was sneaking dog food.) Last week the Vet suggested we try the medication again, only this time compounded with a flavor- chicken/marshmallow. Electra was on cyclosporine (unflavored) a year ago and it was difficult to give to her because she hated it and we would miss a dose almost weekly and so it didn't work (and was expensive, about 2$ more per mL). She was not on any other meds back then. There is no listed interaction with Senvelgo, the Vet checked, but when something is newer like Senvelgo what if the research just hasn't been done or completed yet?

Does anyone else have experience with cyclosporine while also on Senvelgo?

Have you checked human data? SGLT-2 inhibitors have been around longer for humans. It's only one data point though, could be different for cats.
