? Measuring insulin dosage

Hello,

I read the tips regarding the insulin dosage measurements using a U-100 syringe with half markings. I just want to make sure I am bringing the top of the plunger to the right marking spot on the syringe. ex: when measuring 0.5 and 1u, should the top of the plunger line up with the top of the marking line where you no longer see it or is it that you should see your marking line?

Does this help? The plunger is measuring 0.25u.
