Since Max's bgl crashed to 57 Monday morning, his bgl have been in the low 200s after giving him high carbs to get the levels back up. I know you can still shoot above 200 but I don't want to chance another crash while he is staying with my parents. Am I doing the right thing?

I think keeping him in safe numbers till you get back is wise. Maybe if he gets up in the 300 range, they could give a token amount?

Sounds like a plan to me. So is this actually a good thing? Does it mean he is starting to produce insulin again on his own?
