It has been a week since Max was officially granted the status of OTJ. He has not had insulin in over a month. I test him once a day now and the past three evenings, approximately 3 hrs after his dinner, he has tested in the mid 30s to mid 40s. This is on a relion, so the true reading is a bit higher, I know.

He gets fed 2 to 3 times a day by me and 3 times a day with the auto feeder (1/2 can FF per meal). The only problem is that we have other cats, so I am unsure if he eats at all 3 of the auto feeders meals that occur when I am either at work or asleep. Should I be concerned? How low is too low in a diabetic cat in remission?

He acts normal, eats well, urine output is normal and not noticing excessive drinking of water.

Don't worry - a cat that is not on insulin cannot hypo :-D It's normal to see low double digit numbers for non-diabetics and even OTJ diabetics.

I think some cats just run 'low'. One of my non diabetic cats is normally around 42.... if she was high, it was like 58!
Max is running on his own homemade juice now, so he should be fine.
