? Marmalade 5/18 amps -299, +2-297,+4-244 but 300’s from pmps yesterday thru +8

Asking again. Time for PM shot. Feel I should go to 1.25. No opinions out there so I will go on my feeling that 1.12 is not quite enough based on Marmy’s numbers.
 
Hi! I don’t feel really comfortable giving dosing advice, but wanted to post the increase guidelines here for you to look over.

“Increasing the dose:
  • Hold the dose for 3 - 5 days (6 - 10 consecutive cycles) if nadirs are less than 200 before increasing the dose by 0.25 unit.
    • if your cat is new to numbers under 200, it is recommended to hold the dose for at least 8-10 cycles before increasing.
    • when your cat starts to see nadirs under 100, hold the dose for at least 10 cycles before increasing.
  • Increase by 0.25 unit after 3 days (6 consecutive cycles) if nadirs are greater than 200, but less than 300.
  • Increase by 0.5 unit after 3 days (6 consecutive cycles) if nadirs are greater than 300.”
I want to link your last condo here and ask you to take a look at @Marje and Gracie ’s advice again about increasing and feeding through Marmy’s cycle before making your decision tonight.
 
Thank you so much for replying. I had to shoot at 7:30 and did increase from 1.12 to 1.25 which MRje had said I should have done in the first place last week. We shall see.

The TR protocol advises to hold a dose 6-10 cycles when you see blue and you’ve done that. Your instincts to increase the dose were good. Good luck with the increase!

Could you please correct 5/15 +2 cell. The numbers are all run together so it registers as black. If you tested at +2 and then +2.5, for example, it should read 250; 299 @ +2.5.
