Marks Marine Pharmacy - Problems?

For my first order from Marks, I've had nothing but problems - all on their end. This latest issue is the billing. They told me verbally and also sent a confirmation email stating my total was $189.99. I was also aware of the 3% international fee or whatever that is. The total that showed up on my credit card statement is $190.99 (not counting that 3% fee). Has anyone else had that happen? $2 isn't a big deal, but it's the principle of the matter. Almost sounds like a billing scam to me. $2 here and $2 there adds up. So I was wondering if anyone else had that happen. I dread calling or emailing them.
 
No, I've never had any problem with Marks and they've always had great customer service.

Who have you been talking to when you called?
 
Is it possible that the currency conversion changed? I have rarely have a US/CDN transaction be identical due to the difference in conversion at checkout and CC billing due to the transaction not occurring instantly.
