? Mannanoligosaccharides in S boulardii probiotics ok for sugar kitties?

Katie has diarrhea again. Was thinking about trying S boulardii after reading this- http://www.foodfurlife.com/my-cat-has-diarrhea---what-do-i-do.html

The brand they recommend, Jarrow, has mannanoligosaccharides in it. It is a sugar. Anyone know if it's okay for our sugar kitties to use? I tried googling it, but couldnt come up with an answer.

S boulardi works pretty well and fast
