Male cat nuetered

My male cat 18 weeks was just neutered. He is going to the bathroom all over and not in litter box. Any ideas why?

By the way, this is not normal. I think you should call your vet tomorrow. It could be an after effect of the surgery or something else.

He was not doing it before but i also just added his sister from anew litter to the mix. She is only 7 weeks old. He hisses at her but also plays. Not sure if this is the issue. If he is not liking sharing a litter box with her. Was only sharing with my two three yr old boys. I know i need to add more boxes. The babies were just sharing ine with the mom.

It could be, you can try adding an extra box but I still think calling the vet could be an idea too..

Have you looked at the incision on his scrotum? Does it look infected? Swollen?

There is no swelling. It really all looks good.
