Low glucose counts

Hi all! and thank you for your input. My Christopher has been on insulin for about 4 months and is doing REALLY well. However...... his glucose readings are low. I did a curve 3 weeks ago.... high was 127 and low was 53 on one unit twice a day. We have been on 1/2 unit for 3 weeks. Today I am doing a new curve and so far we have 106--..75..116..98. He is on Lantus. Arent these WAY too low for a diabetic cat? Any help is good help... Thanks from myself and my little boy.

Normal is 50-120, so those look like great numbers to me!!

If they drop below 50, that's a dose reduction, so if he's able to stay in normal numbers on .5, that's great
