Low-carb treats?

What sort of low-carb treats can I offer my kitty? I've seen references to freeze-dried treats, but where might I find these. What should I look for on the list of ingredients? And more importantly, what should I avoid?

There are a several brands and flavors around. I try to stick to the chicken but will give Ruby whitefish for an extra treat.

Thrill can be found at PetCo. These are my preferred but they're more expensive. I'm not finding them on the PetCo site right now.

Prime Taste are pretty good. The ones in the dog treat section are much cheaper than the cat.

Its funny, my non-diabetic cat looks at me like I'm nuts when I offer her freeze dried treats, but she's a fool for anything soft. Ruby is the opposite. She's never liked traditional cat treats, but freeze dried chicken and whitefish? She'll be your BFF if you give her some.
