Low Carb Canned Food Options

Hello,
I'm trying to find a low carb canned food option that my cat will consistently like. He spent 12 years eating dry food so he's fought back a bit on the canned food. He will really like a certain brand for a few days but then just stop eating it. I want to test out a bunch of options to see what will stick but I'm having a hard time finding low carb options that will work for him.

Does anyone have any suggestions or what type of food you feed your diabetic cat?

I feed weruva foods. Tiki cat is another option. This is a good food chart. Just pick foods under 10 percent carb.

Does he like freeze-dried or baked chicken? You could use them as toppers on the new food to hopefully encourage him to try it. I have a kitty (not diabetic) who is very stubborn about his dry but he's finally coming around.
