Keiko was in low numbers at the time you tested. It's good that you gave your cat high carb food. You also needed to keep monitoring for a while to make sure that numbers came up to a safe level and stayed in a safe range. When numbers drop low, your cat's natural instinct is to eat as a means of bringing numbers back into a higher range.
The only way that we can offer informed help is if you keep Keiko's spreadsheet up to date. We do not want to provide information that could harm your cat. Most experienced members here will not provide feedback without benefit of a current spreadsheet. Please provide us with a couple of weeks of blood glucose data and as Diane asked, shift your lab information to the far right.
