What to say? What she is doing isn't helping, so I would think she would consider something else. If the lower dose doesn't bring down the numbers, she can easily and quickly go back up again.
 
I will relay message this am as she has already done 1.5 and I think is going to be gone for any other tests.
 
I myself would try increasing the dose to about 1.75. I could only find about three times that you got much of a decrease and one was with a thunderstorm. I have had at least two cats that showed a response originally but that that went away and I had to increase the dose.
