Loss of our loved ones....no matter who's in our families

Evening Everyone! As i scroll through all the posts, whether for advice, comfort, or just the occasional((((hug)))) I have obsurved(?, spell it right haha_smiley , not!)the bond that has been established among our forum members, where everyone becomes one big family :smile: When our sugarkittys go through crisis, cross the rainbow bridge & fly free......I cry silent tears because I have followed these couragious pet parents & their assorted furbababies, from droolars to sugarkittys, to cevvies(? is that the right term? :?: ) I cried when I heard of heartbreaking stories.....when is it right? and feel guilty when one of my kitty's had to be put to sleep at 17yrs...she was about 4 1/2lbs & vet couldn't locate her vein....guess it was so small they had trouble! Hindsight being 20/20 & now being a member of FDMB....she had been a suffering diabetic kitty :cry: What I want to say is I admire those of you(all) that are proactive in your feline's health(as I am now doing for Sabrina cat_pet_icon ) and god give's us the strengh to know when your beloved friend have said i've had enough.........Let me play in the green field across the rainbow bridge rb_icon Have A Wonderful evening...I just wanted to know how much Sabrina & I appreciate all your support! Beautiful post. Yes, LL is an amazing place...even though we are all so very far apart, we are never alone because we are part of this group. It's a wonderful feeling, even though our kitties have to be diabetic for it to happen. :YMHUG: !!

I could never tell you how much Love, support, caring & devotion the people here in Lantus Land have given me! They helped & supported me for 5 years, through Moonie's highs & lows, through our hard times & the good..There is no other place in the universe that I have found such loving giving folks..And when Moonie got sick they were there, when we lost our home, they were there, when she had to leave us, they were there...Even now, I am still in contact with many--they are still here for me!
We are all united here by our kitties, we are joined together by a common thread, but the kindness & love here cannot be found anywhere else--I owe LL so much--Hugs & Love always from me!

What a wonderful post. and you are so right - we are one big family, a very special and unique place. it is a great feeling.

Because we love them so much.....we care....because we know others love their babies so much.....we care.....we understand....that bond....that love....

I don't think anyone could have made it as far as we all have without the love, support, knowledge, experience, and whatever else on here. This forum really is a wonderful thing to be a part of. Blackie and I have been here for going on 3 years. I'm glad that I found this forum. Without it, I'm sure that Blackie wouldn't be here. Thank you, FDMB, and all the members, and experienced folk on here (Sienne, Jill, Barb, Marje and the rest of you that escape me.. But you know who you all are :lol:).
