Yo Kitties,
It's here, the Full Flower Moon. And we are having our full-moon party in California, at Tess's, where there are lots of beautiful flowers blooming. But the weather there is HOT, so we are going to have a cool menu. And there will be singing, dancing, and a Circle of Remembrance to honor all of our GAs, especially those who have recently arrived at the Bridge.

Menu:

Appetizers: California Micro Brews; California Wines; Wine Coolers; Shrimp Cocktail; Spicy Tuna Dip with Catmint Flowers; Chilled Avocado Mousse with Shredded Chicken; Sushi Bar tended by LL Sushi Chefs Neko and Tess; Assorted Paw Prints Pizzas.
Entrees: Monterey Chicken Salad; Pacific Rim Stir Fry; Chef Mannie's Renowned PNW Poached Sockeye Salmon with Catnip Mayo; Scallop Kabobs; Big Mac's Burger Extravaganza; Rabbit Provençal with Floral Relish.
Salads: Butthead's and Donny's California Field Greens with Fresh Grass Clippings; Confetti Picnic Slaw; Edible Flowers in Aspic.
Desserts: LL Chief Pastry Chef Tess' Sorbet Creation with Fresh Flowers; Maggie's Signature Cheese Cake with Floral Accents; Chef Stu's World Famous Catmint Parfaits.

Sorry, Rusty, I'm afraid I can't come. I'm still on the yellow floor and I heard you have to be blue or green. :sad: It's okay, I'm comfy on the sofa in the family room watching TV with my beans. Have a good time and I'll be thinking of all the GA kitties you honor in the Circle of Remembrance.

At least he came down since PMPS. I hope everyone has fun at the party and safe travels home!
 
Ahhh.....Maggie's Signature Cheese Cake with Floral Accents! Rusty, thanks for making it. :-D :YMHUG: It brings a smile and such sweet memories of my Maggie and all the fun she had at the Full moon parties. I know the kitties must have had a ball at Tess's in California with all the pretty flowers. Can't wait to hear all about it today.

That was one great party under the California Full Flower Moon. And it was HOT! But we made it even hotter when we went wheeling around in the dune buggies. What fun! Then the dancing, the singing, the performance by the Blue Mannie Group. And someone sneaked out to get Cinco, who was under the false impression that you had to be blue or green to attend a full-moon party. WRONG!!l All LL kitties are invited to all LL parties.

Our Circle of Remembrance was especially beautiful. The moon lit up the sky and we could hear our GAs having their party at the Bridge. The Bridge Chorus sang "Over the Rainbow" as the GAs welcomed the new members to their fellowship. We LL kitties sat entranced.

Thank you, Tess, for holding the party at your place. It was great!
