Wow....where do I start?? It's been a few years, so I am sure there's lots of new faces around. Not exactly sure how many of my "old" friends are still here; perhaps they'll let me know ;-)

Anyways, I'm hoping to help/adopt a sugarkitty named Dante. I should know more in a few days?? I found him through Venita and DCIN. (sooo good to talk to you again, after all this time)

I have this 1 kitty here that my sister gave me. Her name is Bonsai. She is a dilute calico siamese mix. Will have to get you some pics of her soon, lol. And ya know, 1 kitty is just not good......she needs a friend and playmate, so why not help one that needs me.

I'll be heading over to the Levemir group, to get some help/suggestions, since that's what I'll probably put him on. He is currently on ProZinc, which I am unfamiliar.

Welcome back, Sheri and great to read you are adopting Dante. Wishing you all the best with him and possibly remission too.....one never knows. Good for you for going to DCIN and adopting one.....so many need homes.
 
What great news, Sheri! For you and for Dante.... I'm always happy to find out who's adopting these wonderful DCIN cats (because I'm really nebby, I guess.)

Glad you'll be doing Levemir - it's good stuff.
 
Hi there!!! Long time no see! Glad you are giving another sugarcat a home!! I am in the same boat, my recently acquired (in may) diabetic Baloo was on Prozinc and he is not doing well on it. Tonight was our first dose of Lev.
