What should I do about Shaak's PM shot. I pick up my CPAP machine Monday afternoon. I am supposed to go to bed at a decent hour and attempt to sleep through till morning. How am I ever going to do this and check BG's at night?

What is your current shot schedule?

If you can (for example) shoot at 6/6, you'd be able to test until at least +4 or +5 at night and still get 7-8 hours sleep

I had changed shot times to 11/11, but thinking I will go back to 8/8. I am as usual putting the cart before the horse, I am already looking forward to that night Shaak drops down to double digits and I have to stay up all night with her. Wanting that so bad and at the same time not wanting it because of sleep. I never go to bed until 1am anyway, so that would give me a +5 at 1am.

Oh I'm sure that will happen, but generally, that's the exception, not the rule, so most nights you should be able to get a decent amount of sleep (anti-jinx)

I did shots 6/6 and was able to get a few pm ones in. If night shots are not possible then just dose a little more conservative in the evening and leave out some food in case she goes low.

She has a 5 dish pet feeder. I have noticed her drops are not as severe as they were before she ate 8 times every 24 hours.
