Lolly 2nd Day OTJ Trial: AMBG/115, +5/49 OK??

2/1 Lolly 1st OTJ Test--AMBG/154 +3/54, +6/62

She's still testing in the blue first thing. I'm at work, and couldn't try the extra little meal to see if it would come down.

Lolly had breakfast at 8:00 am PSBG. Just tested at +5 her bg is 49. She got a small meal right after. +5 seems to be her nadir, still seems so low, as I am use to numbers on insulin. Everything look OK?

If they're not getting insulin, 40's are totally normal numbers!

Some cats can even run in the high 30's!

No insulin=No hypo

While they are on insulin, we consider the 40's too low because there is no room to go lower. Looks like Lolly's pancreas is working just fine!!! Go Lolly! Happy Day 2.

Her AMBG was just fine doesn't have to be green every time low blues are ok too

She doesnt have a nadir without insulin that is a fake thing brought on by the insulin. Her numbers won't go in cycles off insulin just up and down depending on what she's been eating and doing.

She is looking good
