Loki had been doing awesome BUT

now I am getting bg's in the 300's, he then goes great for a few days then back up there again, his numbers have been really good in the low 100's when they are there I hold the insulin then when he climbs up to around 200 or so we have him on 2 1/2 units of Lantus 2x per day, numbers permitting. I am worried here he is bouncing like tiger. He is eating well, playing, cuddling in short he is acting normal.
Any clues you guys may have I would appreciate.

What do you mean when you say you "hold the insulin" when Loki's BG readings are in the low 100's? No recent data on your SS since August 2013.
