Carl I hope you see this. I think the formula you suggested is great and going to try it to finish up the prozinc. I have the Lantus in my fridge ready to go but either wanted to donate this PZI or wait till it was empty.

Good luck with the Lantus! Have you started reading the stickies on the Lantus forum? Think of the first reading as 'Advance organizers' - don't try to memorize, just survey it. This gives your brain a chance to start organizing the information. Then give your brain a rest for an hour or so and re-read.
Its the SQRRR method - survey, question (what should you be able to answer after reading), read, review, recite the answers to the questions.
