Loki keeps going green at night but I never know when it will happen and I tend to pass out 2-3 hours after PM shot. I only got a +3 from him last night at 304. Imagine my surprise just now when he’s 77 for his AMPS! I’m going to stall a bit and wait to feed, then retest, but makes me super worried he was hypo all night! And I’ll probably have to shoot a green for the first time...
 
After 15 minutes a tiny bump to 81. I went ahead and gave him his usual breakfast and I’m preparing to shoot.
 
Looks like he cleared the bounce. I don’t think he was hypo. Max was really notorious for surprising me in the morning too. As long as he’s not still dropping and you have supplies and can monitor you can shoot. You don’t want to shoot if he’s still dropping so would need to stall a bit more, don’t feed ,and test again. It’s scary the first time but gets contagious except when it happens at night and you get to gave a pj party while the rest of the world is sleeping.

I’ve been dreading another late night hypo since his last so I guess he decided to switch it up and make me worried for mornings now :blackeye: I don’t know why I think he went hypo last night since his +3 was so high, just really surprised he’s this low in the morning. Not usual for him! I’ll never know and no point thinking of it, but I’m about to hire someone to get these night readings lol. Ok balls of steel time, let’s get this shot in!
 
Well, he’s gone down so it’s likely to be an active cycle. Feed a little more food. The food spike should have already happened. You might want to give a spoon of mc but not too much as he needs to stay hungry.
 
I gave him a bit of MC half an hour ago. 62 @ +1.5. He’s loving all this extra attention at least!
 
He is surfing nicely but it’s early. That’s my giving a little food will help him from dropping too low unless he decides he wants a reduction.
 
Sorry I was away. Yes feed. Test again in 1/2 hour. If he drops under 50 it’s time for a little hc but hopefully feeding mc will keep him surfing. I will be back in about 45 minutes see how’s it’s going.
