Here we go again nailbite_smile his AMPS was at 160 waited 30 minutes and still the same, fed him and gave him 1/2 skinny unit. Will retest at the 2 hr mark.

Little nervous here. Your post says 1.2; your ss says .5. Hope it's .5

Good plan to get a .2 to see how things are going. Assume you have some higher carb food if you need it.

He is at 235 at +2 should I give him the other half of his 1 unit? Or will it mess up tonight's time?

You gave him .5 this am, right? I like that dose. I would not give any more. He has a big reaction to food so your 235 might have a food spike. Let's assume he will start down.

+6 should be fine. It's a nice safe dose and he didn't plummet at +2.

Well, I am thinking the 160 this am has to reflect either a low nadir overnight or a long cycle. So I am thinking the other parts of his cycle today are a reaction to a low. This seems to be his pattern. In reaction to a low number, the next day is high and flat or even a little inverse.

He is bouncing around a lot and that means some pinks in reaction to the blues and greens. But generally he is giving you some good numbers. They are just not consistent, therefore frustrating.

I would just stay the course, enjoy him, keep shooting and collecting data. It will work out, just not on our desired timeline. :dizcat
