So we got back from the vet today. Luna's ALT was 480 or so and amylase was 1900. He gave us some meds for the liver to take for a month. Is there anything we can do to support her liver, pancreas, and help her arthritis? The latter is pretty severe according to the x-rays.

Fish oil may be helpful for inflammation.
Milk thistle derivatives can be helpful for liver support - Marin and Denmarin are 2. This may be what the vet gave you.
Good control of the glucose helps reduce body fat breakdown (excessive fat can tax the liver).
You may want to reduce the fat content of what you are feeding by adding 1 ounce of plain lean protein to each 5 ounces of cat food, mix well and portion out (per Cat Info, that is safe to do). This may reduce the liver's work load.

She got Adenosyl, which looks like it does contain milk thistle already! Thx for the info. She's on fancy feast chicken food right now, lowest carb % stuff I can afford. Looks like 51 percent fat.

One large cooked egg white is about an ounce of lean protein; you might use that to reduce the fat content of her portions. It has the added benefit of being low in phosphorus, which can offset the higher phosphorus levels in Fancy Feast compared to some foods.
