Leukocytes - should I be worried?

I've done a urine test for Footfoot, using a 'One Step Vet-10' urine test stick. (Thanks for the suggestion of aquarium gravel in the litter tray, it worked!)
Leukocytes appear to be high - over 500 WBC per micro litre. I've read that these urine tests are not very accurate for leukocytes, and she isn't showing any signs of the UTI for which she has just finished a 2-week course of antibiotics. She is very much back to her old self, in fact. But should the leukocyte reading be enough for me to take her back to the vet?
Glucose was reading moderately high, as was specific gravity, though I have no clue what that is, and it's 3.30am here now, so I'll have to look that up tomorrow...
My record of the test result should be visible here:

The leukocytes pad on urine test strips shows FOR CATS a false positive 99+%. Thus just ignore the leukocytes pad for cats test.
Also note that specific gravity test pad is very inaccurate and should not be relied on.

Thanks Larry. What are the test sticks useful for? I thought they would help me to see if she has a UTI, but perhaps not...

1040…..That is a great specific gravity.
Larry is correct…the leukocytes are not reliable when testing for cats. They look like the normal human urine testing strips.
I would be interested in the protein, ketones and ph results.

Besides Urine Specific Gravity and leukocytes. the nitrite (or could be nitrite) pad does not really provide useful results in cats. The other pad like pH, prtein and ketones are good as in red blood cell pad.

OK, I've made myself a new version of the results chart. So my routine when I next test, is to have a copy of this image, and then mark on it* what the results are (or at least, the relevant ones). And then save the image with the date added to the name. Maybe a bit OTT but that's how I roll... :)
Feel free to download it if you'd find it useful too.
