Last night I went back to the 1 unit marked syringes and used the count-the-drops method to measure 1.75u. Much easier using a smooth syringe than a crappy one with 1/2 unit markings. He had a good response in the night, but is cruising up after his AM shot. Hmmm. Looking back a couple cycles, he might just be still bouncing from the dose and syringe change.

Funny story -
I was up for his +2 last night, and it was around the time that his automatic feeder opens for a meal. It grinds for about 3 seconds as it rotates the next meal around the wheel. He's had it in there for 2 days, but I didn't know how he reacted to it. Sometimes he wasn't in the room when it turned on, so maybe he's only heard it a few times. Anyway, it turned on while I was in there, and Leo jumped up from our loving and just stared at it like it was an intruder. He inched over to it, bobbing his head, and barely sniffed at it like it would jump out and bite him, knowing the food was there but scared to stick his nose in there. I went over and scratched him, and then he calmed down and started to eat. But it was so funny to watch him go on Red Alert when it turned on!
