Left ProZinc out all day ?

My Simba has been without insulin for 1 yr 1/2, but since Nov of 2012 he's been creeping up; therefore he has been on Prozinc 1 unit as needed. This morning I gave him 1 unit and totally forgot to put the ProZinc back in the fridge. Prozinc suppose to be refrigerated, but I left out for 12 hours. Should I be okay ?
 
It should be ok as long as it wasnt in direct sunlight or heat. It might not last as long as it would have so watch for wacky numbers later on.

Thank you so much for your reply. I will keep an eye on his levels. When it comes to my Simba I tend to worry a bit.
