I asked about the new Classics which are the gluten free varieties. They confirmed, earlier, that no glutens were added to the new Classics.

Thank you for contacting Nestlé Purina PetCare Company.

We do not expect there to be any significant changes to the "as fed" values for the guarantees or the calories. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery.

In your previous email you requested information on Fancy Feast(r) Gourmet Cat Food - Seafood Filets Tuna & Ocean Fish Feast In Aspic(tm). Please know that this product was discontinued in 2007.

"Prior to any changes" - meaning you're getting the old stuff?

"Guarantees" -- ten to one they're sending the guaranteed analysis for the caloric makeup, though the vitamins/minerals may be actual. This is typical of them. "As fed values for the guanantees" is a contradiction in terms.

The main changes are that some of them changed from like "beef broth" or "chicken broth" to just a nondescript "meat broth." The "natural and artificial" flavorings is now the other way around. Instead of something like titanium dioxide color, it's now a nondescript "color added" with sometimes "red three and other color" added in parenthesis. (I really love the "red 3".) And the supplements have changed slightly. I don't consider the supplement changes as non-important as they apparently do.
