For the past 2 days pinky's BG has gone up. She had been pretty consistent. Today I noticed a air bubble in the lantus pen I've been using. Could this be the cause of her higher BG numbers? Today as a precaution I started using another pen. Thoughts?

The air should have no effect if you are drawing the insulin from the pen via a syringe. If you are injecting the cats with pen needles air in the pen will cause less insulin to be injected since air is compressible.

I'm drawing from the pen via syringe. Maybe Pinky is just having a few off days with her BG. Thanks.
