Lantus is good for up to 6 months if stored in the frig. Don’t throw it away. Store it in the frig not the door.

Most folks will use a pen until the last drop. A lot depends on the size of the dose if you're using a vial. Generally, unless you see "floaties" your Lantus is good.

What a cutie. My vials lasted about 5-6 months when potency was lost and I threw them out. I switched to pens that were used to the last drop.
