Lantus or Levemir needed asap in Roanoke, VA area.

Well, it happened. What every sugar mom fears. We left to visit family for thanksgiving and I forgot Oscar's insulin. We are old timers - oscar is almost at 6 years on insulin.

My mother in law has novolog, but I really don't want to use that, especially since he only gets 0.25u of Levemir BID currently. I can pay you for your current open pen and drive out to you tomorrow. Please contact me if you or someone you know is close by!
 
Walmart pharmacy is closed today. Local cvs will split a box but wants $94 per pen and $149 for a vial of humalin N. At this rate, I will need to wait till tomorrow to get the cheaper NPH from walmart
 
Thank goodness!!! I was concerned for you and Oscar, but I don't use Lantus/Levemir, and I'm not very close to Roanoke, so I couldn't help you. Glad you got it all sorted out. Happy Thanksgiving! :)
