Lantus once or twice a day ??

Nonitta has been on Lantus for a year now. i've been giving twice a day?

just found an article online saying its a long acting (18-24) hr insulin that it should be used once a day???

am i been doing it all wrong for a year giving her twice a day ??? @-)

In humans it can be a once a day insulin...in cats it is a twice a day insulin because cats have a faster metabolism rate than humans or dogs.
