Lantus dose w/o food

I'm very concerned....I gave my cat his shot .25 U, assuming he would eat, bc he sometimes doesn't eat right at the shot time, but a little after. Well, 45 min after shot, he still hadn't eaten and he vomited. I'm concerned what this evening may bring.

Hi Melissa, I am so sorry that no one responded to your thread on Monday night. I hope that everything is okay; I 've looked at your SS and there aren't any entries since. You mentioned in your comments prior to Monday that he has been having some vomiting. How has he been acting otherwise? He is eating for you now.
