L-lysine - how much for cats and kittens?

I'm going to try to find lysine in capsules instead of the flavored powder we previously used. I've only found tablets and caplets so far, but some of you use capsules. I am going hunting, as we need an immune boost ASAP. How much do I use?

I buy the powder on amazon (using the FDMB link). I do not believe it's flavored. No opening capsules or grinding tablets.
