February 14, 2024, after being DX with stage 4 CKD received her first at home subcutaneous IV fluids. 6 months and being a good girl. I thought giving her her insulin was a challenge. This s a whole new world. So blessed I can give her fluids to help her feel better.
Some of you may remember us. We have had our victories and down times.
Just wanted to report she is 14. We are taking it one day at a time.
A big shout out to all your brave warriors and sugar babies.
I have a few numbers to put in my SS. I am mainly focusing on her CKD.

I definitely remember you and Kylee. It's amazing how much simpler giving insulin is when you first try to give subq fluids. Good for you on learning that too. Nice to hear she's still in remission too.
